The Driver’s Syndicate Podium1 P3 motion simulators replicate the precision and intensity of real motorsports. Drivers can race on iconic tracks, sharpen their skills, and compete with friends in a fully immersive environment. It’s the closest thing to race day without leaving the metro.
The Driver Development program pairs members with IMSA-licensed racing driver Grayson Farischon for personalized coaching sessions. Through focused simulator training and professional feedback, drivers can improve racecraft, track awareness, and overall performance. It’s an opportunity to learn directly from a driver actively competing in modern motorsports.
The Driver’s Syndicate partners with Hallett Motor Racing Circuit to host two exclusive track events each year for members. These events allow drivers to move beyond the simulators and test their skills on a real road course alongside the TDS community. It’s the ultimate extension of the Driver Development experience.
Community Changes Everything
Members gather in our motorsports-inspired garage lounge to watch premier racing series including Formula 1, IMSA, and Porsche Cup. These private watch parties bring the community together to experience race day the way it was meant to be shared.
